The specific amenities included can vary, for example, our evening cruises come with a selection of gourmet snacks and premium drinks, whereas our business charters offer facilities for meetings and catering suited for professional events.
When should I reserve my charter?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, or even longer if you're planning during our busy season which is from May to September. For special occasions such as corporate gatherings or private festivities, reserving 4–6 weeks prior is advised for optimal choice and customization options.
What contingency plans are in place for inclement weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should the weather pose a safety risk as determined by our captain, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a full reimbursement. Weather forecasts are monitored continuously, and we will reach out to you if the forecast suggests potential issues 24 hours before the set departure time.
May I bring my own culinary selections and drinks?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks. We also provide premium catering options which can be tailored to your tastes. Be advised, for safety considerations, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility issues?
We endeavor to be inclusive to all guests. Certain yachts within our fleet offer better facilities for those with mobility impairments. We request that you make us aware of any specific needs during booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make necessary arrangements for a comfortable experience.
What is the policy for cancellations?
A full refund is offered for cancellations that are made more than 72 hours before the departure time. For cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure time are generally non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues attributable to our service.
